Father Fabián Rodríguez, SJ, has been a Jesuit for 70 years. He is currently assigned to a ministry of prayer in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Father Rodríguez made his mark on the Church in Puerto Rico by teaching at the Minor Seminary in Aibonito and at the Diocese of San Juan Seminary. From 1976 to 2012, he served in a variety of pastoral and retreat ministries throughout Puerto Rico.

From 2013 to 2018, he served as chaplain for hospitals in the Rio Piedras neighborhood of San Juan.

Father Rodríguez studied classics, philosophy and theology during his formation and earned a Master of Arts in media communications from New York University.
