The Ignatian Spirituality Program of Denver offers Ignatian group retreats, individual spiritual direction, the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life, and trains spiritual directors and guides of the Spiritual Exercises.

The Ignatian Spirituality Program was started in 2004 by Fr. Stephen Yavorsky, SJ, as a Denver-based outreach of Sacred Heart Jesuit Retreat House. Its mission is to make the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola available to members of the Denver-area Jesuit apostolate and others. The program began by offering LightWorks, a 14-session group introduction to Ignatian spirituality and the Spiritual Exercises, and individual spiritual direction. It quickly grew to include giving the full Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life to individuals and a subsequent program to train spiritual directors and guides of the Spiritual Exercises. It was a ministry of St. Ignatius Loyola parish from 2014 until 2023.

The Ignatian Spirituality Program now has a home in the Office of Mission at Regis University. All who seek to deepen their relationship with God are welcome.
