A Jesuit’s service lasts a lifetime.
A Jesuit’s dedication to service and to the Church spans a lifetime. Jesuits do not retire, but when physical limitations set in, senior Jesuits receive a mission to “pray for the Church and the Society of Jesus,” which is perhaps the most important ministry we can undertake.
Sixty-five senior and infirm Jesuits reside at St. Ignatius Hall, outside St. Louis, where they continue to live the mission alongside their Jesuit brothers and receive capable and loving care.
St. Ignatius Hall is a dedicated healthcare community and offers skilled nursing, assisted living and tailored support for our aging Jesuits.
Your donation will help to maintain these specialized health services, honoring the lifelong service of Jesuit priests and brothers.
