The mission of the Ignatian Spirituality Center of Kansas City is to assist people of varied faith traditions to explore and deepen their relationships with God in Jesus Christ. The Center bases its ministry on the life and spirituality of St. Ignatius Loyola.
As people throughout the community in both Missouri and Kansas have increasingly sought personal spiritual growth and yearned to grow in their relationship with God, The Ignatian Spirituality Center of Kansas City has been addressing their needs with an array of Ignatian-centered programs. From group experiences of a few hours to individual spiritual guidance in the Spiritual Exercises in Everyday Life over the course of nine months, the Center offers programs to meet people’s needs at different stages of their spiritual journeys. In addition, the Center offers ongoing training and mentoring for those who would be prayer guides. The Center invites those in the community who seek spiritual growth and direction to visit the Center’s website to explore the ways open to them.
